Protocol Import Center

Bulk-import protocol resources into normalized asset records. Validate, preview, execute, and roll back. Every dosing reference requires source attribution.

Reference import only. Dosing references are stored verbatim with source attribution and start unreviewed (provider_reviewed: false); imported assets start pending review. Import organizes references — it does not generate dosing or clinical guidance. Bundle format: { sources, assets, dosingReferences } (see /seed/protocol-import-example.json).
